DEADLINES & SPECIFICATIONS

Our Fall/Winter 2010 issue deadline for new advertisers is Monday, September 6, 2010. Artwork for current advertisers is due by August 10th. Please contact your account executive for details.
Cancellations must be received in writing by July 30, 2010.


To FTP an ad please follow the instructions below.


Please email us at csar@PWG.com and AngelaH@PWG.com once your file(s) is ready for retrieval and in the subject line of your email, please indicate to us which market the file(s) is for and indicate the client name as well (i.e. Cincinnati PWG....XYZ Florist ad). In addition (very important), in the body of your email....please provide us with the exact file name(s) that we will need to download, in order to complete your download request. I'll check for the file first thing in the morning.
